Old Riga Festival “Atvasara” at Doma Square on 19 September: programme and times
On 19 September 2026, from 10.00 to 23.00, the free “Old Riga Festival. Atvasara” will take place in Doma Square and the streets of Old Riga. The daytime programme is intended for both families with children and concertgoers.
Festival programme
From 10.00 to 15.00, the main focus will be on families. The children’s ensemble “Dzeguzīte” and the band “Bitīt’ Matos” together with the folk dance group “Dzīpars” will perform, alongside an LE++ contemporary dance performance and children’s DJ Guca.
Children will be able to enjoy bubble shows, creative workshops, games, glitter makeovers, inflatable attractions, face painting and an area for toddlers. Visitors will also be able to learn about the work of the Emergency Medical Service, firefighters, the Riga Municipal Police and the State Police.
Concerts in Doma Square
In the afternoon and evening, the band “Apvedceļš”, Olga Rajecka, BŪŪ, ODS and MUUD will perform. “Bermudu Divstūris” will take the stage at the end of the evening, while DJs will provide music between the concerts.
