The Līgatne Town Festival “CaurVēju Līgatnē” will take place in Līgatne on May 30, 2026. The main venue for the celebration is the Līgatne town open-air stage and its surroundings. Throughout the day, the town will be lively with activities for families and children, a craft and home-producer market, as well as various activities and meetups. The festival morning will begin with a fishing competition at Līgatne Centre Lake, followed later by a wake-up event and morning exercise. A children’s run is planned, and at midday there will be a concert by children, young people, and amateur collectives. Toward evening, the festive atmosphere will turn into concerts featuring the “Sigulda” wind orchestra and several bands. The music program will continue with “Skvirl’Boizz” and “100. debija”, while Dj Zigy will provide the rhythm at the end of the night. Alongside the concerts, visitors can attend an exhibition at the Līgatne Culture House during the festival day.
