Children’s Morning “Tales About Puksītis” at the Liepāja Theatre Audience Foyer on October 17, 2026

On October 17, 2026, the children’s morning “Tales About Puksītis” will take place at the Liepāja Theatre audience foyer. The event will begin at 11:00 a.m. At its center will be Puksītis the hedgehog, created in the family of playwright Rasa Bugavičute-Pēce and actor Sandis Pēcis. Children can also get to know Puksītis through the Latvian Radio audio fairy-tale series “The Hedgehog’s Dreams” and the children’s books “Puksītis”. Together with Puksītis’s creators, visitors will embark on a journey into the world of fantasy. Children will be able to come up with ideas for new fairy tales. The programme will also include drawing and trying out the voices of Puksītis’s friends. The event will feature a quiz, joy and a good mood. Actor Sandis Pēcis will experience Puksītis’s stories together with the children. This meeting is especially suitable for children aged 3 to 7. The content of each monthly meeting differs according to current holidays and events.
