THE GRAND NIGHT is the Operetta Theatre’s New Year’s concert at the Small Hall of Dzintari Concert Hall. The concert will take place on December 16, 2026, at 18:00. The evening’s programme will feature operetta melodies, waltzes, arias, duets and ensembles. These will be complemented by striking highlights from opera and musical theatre. The concert concept is based on Viennese elegance, the lightness of the waltz, romance and temperament. Soloists, dancers and the Operetta Theatre Orchestra will perform on stage. The orchestra will be conducted by Atvars Lakstīgala. The concert will feature Anta Jankovska, Anastasia Dolgonenko, Patricija Kozlovska, Dainis Skutelis and Nauris Indzeris. The choreography was created by Ieva Kemlere. The scenography and multimedia artist is Ineta Sipunova. This will be a festive evening for listeners who wish to enjoy the brilliance of operetta, joie de vivre and a diverse selection of vocal music at the end of the year.
