In 2027, Mārtiņš Freimanis would have celebrated his 50th birthday, and the concert programme “FREIMIS | Martin Freimanis Turns 50” will be a tribute to his memory and songs. The concert will take place on August 28, 2027, in the Great Hall of Dzintari Concert Hall in Jūrmala. Mārtiņš’s friends, kindred spirits and fellow singers Lauris Reiniks, Aija Andrejeva, Ralfs Eilands and Olga Rajecka will take the stage. Kārlis Būmeisters, Kristiāna Stirāne, Elvijs Bušs and Līva Kalniņa from the group “Putnu balle” will also participate in the programme. A band of musicians will perform alongside the soloists under the musical direction of Jānis Strazds.
