The European social and charity forum-festival MID 2026 “Love, Inspire, Share” will take place in Riga for the fifth time. It is an international event supporting small and medium-sized businesses, self-employed people, craftspeople, designers and creative professionals. The forum also brings together families, children, young people, social and charitable organisations. On October 11, 2026, visitors are invited to the second day of the event at the ATTA Conference Centre. The day's programme combines business, creativity, networking and charity. In previous years, approximately 1,000 people attended MID each day. Representatives from Latvia and other European countries have taken part in the forum. The event may be interesting both for those developing their own ideas or businesses and for representatives of the creative industries. Separate programme sections are planned for families and young people. The event offers an opportunity to meet exhibitors, listen to lectures and take part in workshops. Concerts and fashion shows complement the programme. MID creates an environment where ideas, initiatives and charity come together.
What to expect at the event
The programme includes an exhibition and marketplace, fashion shows, lectures, workshops and international networking. The European “Ms Entrepreneur” competition, the MID Kids children’s and young people’s talent competition, and the MID Junior platform for young people’s ideas and startups will take place. Visitors can look forward to a concert programme, an inclusive fashion show featuring children with autism, and charitable initiatives. A charity Garage Sale will also be held at the event, with part of the proceeds donated to charity.
