BURAS Dance Studio – Salaspils Concert Hall, October 17, 2026

“Buras” Dance Studio will present an additional concert at Salaspils Concert Hall on October 17, 2026. The concert begins at 4:00 PM. It will be the studio’s first concert at the new Salaspils Concert Hall. Dancers from the youngest groups through the main ensemble will take the stage. The first part of the programme will feature the concert performance “365”, which will tell the story of the passage of time through the changing seasons. The second part will feature the most experienced dancers of “Buras” Dance Studio. Various dance styles, moods and tempos will alternate throughout the programme. The concert’s concept and direction are by Edīte Ābeltiņa. The lighting design was created by Aivis Točs. The event is suitable for visitors who want to discover the broad repertoire of a local dance studio at the new concert venue.

What to Expect

The first part of the concert will feature the performance “365”, in which the studio’s youngest groups will reveal the changing seasons and the passage of time through dance. In the second part, the most experienced “Buras” dancers will present a diverse programme featuring different dance styles, moods and tempos. The choreography was created by Edīte Ābeltiņa, Kristiāna Zemīte, Dace Mihailova, Annija Dvēselīte, Jekaterina Loce and Ksenija Simanova.
