Step-by-Step Instruction

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and measure 180 g for the dough, setting aside the rest for smearing later.
  2. Add the milk, yeast, sugar, and baking powder to the eggs, mixing with a mixer or fork.
  3. Gradually incorporate 300 g of flour, followed by the salt, mixing the dough thoroughly.
  4. If possible, continue mixing with a mixer, adding the soft butter gradually until fully absorbed.
